Tuition reservation
Students may request to reserve their tuition for the following reasons: school transfer, medical reasons with hospital certification, or other force majeure events approved by IGS.
Refund
- Before the school year starts: 90% refund
- Within the first 2 weeks: 70% refund
- After 4 weeks: no refund

Parents submit the IGS request form to admissions@ivyglobalschool.org. IGS will respond within 5 business days.
