J. David Armstrong, Jr.

President Emeritus

David Armstrong, Jr. is a higher education consultant, international educator, investor, board member, and philanthropist. He is President Emeritus (retired) of Broward College — one of the largest and most diverse institutions in America. He is co-chair of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Six Pillars Economic Program, co-chair of the Broward Business Council for Homelessness, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Broward and the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) — Fulbright Scholar Program. Experience: • Chairman of Leadership Florida and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance. • Leadership in Broward County's economic development organization. • Executive Search Consultant for the Association of Community College Trustees.

Dr. Kyle Konold

Dr. Kyle Konold holds a PhD in Education from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He has more than 25 years of experience in education as a Principal, Manager, Vice Chairman of the Training Committee, and member of advisory boards for many K-12 schools — including 9 ranked "Tier 1" by the U.S. Department of Education. Qualifications & Experience: • Founder, Executive Director and Academic Director of Delta Academy (USA). • PhD in Education, University of Nevada Las Vegas. • Master of Educational Psychology, Southern Illinois University. • Bachelor of Psychology, University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Ms. Vanessa Sanford

US Regional Director

Ms. Vanessa Sanford is dedicated to providing quality education and actively contributing to her school community. Committed to ethical and inclusive practices, she works to support students of all backgrounds, preparing them to become engaged, responsible members of a diverse society. Qualifications & Experience: • MA — Worcester State University, Worcester. • ME — Saint Joseph's College of Maine, Standish. • BA in English Literature — Wroxton College, Farleigh-Dickinson University, UK. • 10 years as an Instructional Aide and Classroom Teacher at Thompson Middle School, Oak Middle School, and Hillside School.
